Terms and conditions

At Corning Wellness, we are committed to providing you with excellent service. These terms and conditions help us partner together to deliver a high level of service to you with each and every visit to our wellness facility. 

1. Booking

In order to uphold our cancellation policy, a valid credit card is required to schedule any service online, in person, or over the phone. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and deposits are not required at this time.

2. Arrival

We kindly ask that clients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service, ensuring ample time to check in and any necessary preparation. 

3. Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible to notify our staff, and ensure that we can still accommodate your appointment. We do uphold a 10 -minute rule to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment so we can remain on time for the remainder of our scheduled guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and you will be charged the full-service fee.‍

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If at least 24 hours of notice is not given, it can be difficult to fill your slot. For this inconvenience, we must charge 50% of the service fee. Any no call/no show or missed session that is not due to an excused emergency will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. We understand that emergencies and illness will occur. If you’ve had a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 48 hours of your appointment, PLEASE cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellation. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, death of family member, or inclement weather will not result in missed session charges.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. We also do not offer refunds on gift cards/gift certificates.

From time to time, we may review or update these fees, and if we are to do so, it will be published on our website, and appointment booking system in efforts to indicate the latest version of our policies.
